Mask Materials

What are the masks made of?

We make our 3-layer face masks with the highest-quality materials available and continuously verify that quality after assembly.  The inner layer is made of non-woven spun-bound polypropylene. The Filter Layer is made of non-woven melt-blown polypropylene. The Outer Layer consists of non-woven spun-bound polypropylene.

Do the masks have an adjustable nosepiece?

Yes, our masks include an adjustable nose piece. To mold the shape, place fingertips around nosepiece and press inwards as you move your fingertips down your nose.

Are the ear loops adjustable?

No, the ear loops are not adjustable. However, the ear loops are made of elastic for comfort and to support a good fit. We use seem welding, not spot welding, to make our ear loops twice as strong.

How many layers do the masks have?

Our 3-layer masks have three layers. (1) The non-woven spun-bound polypropylene inner layer is super soft, skin-friendly, and comfortable to wear. (2) The non-woven melt-blown polypropylene filter layer provides high-quality filtering and serves as a barrier to harmful particles. (3) The non-woven spun-bound polypropylene outer layer facilitates moisture absorption.
